Welcome to Khi Tam Health Hub. This website and all services offered through it are operated by KHI TAM TRADING LIMITED (“we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing this website or booking any services provided by Khi Tam Health Hub you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Website Use and User Accounts
Age Restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. Users under the age of 18 may only use the
website with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
Account Security
If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of
your login credentials and password.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activity that may disrupt the functioning of our website including
hacking, spamming or uploading malicious software.
Services and Bookings
All therapy sessions consultations academy courses workshops and other services are subject to
availability.
Booking Confirmation
A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
Arrival Time
Clients are encouraged to arrive 10 to 15 minutes before their appointment.
Waiting Time and Patience
Due to the holistic nature of our treatment sessions may occasionally run over. We appreciate your
patience and ask that you wait up to 15 minutes for your treatment to begin. If the delay exceeds 15
minutes, we will offer you the option to reschedule.
Payments
Fees must be paid in full at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Therapy Sessions
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows will
be charged the full session fee.
Academy Courses
Course deposits are non-refundable. Written notice of withdrawal must be provided at least 7 days
before the start date to receive a partial refund excluding the deposit.
Product Refunds
Refunds for retail products are available within 14 days of purchase provided the item is unopened
unused and in its original packaging with a valid receipt
Treatment Policies and Informed Consent
Initial Consultation
A consultation is required for all services to create a personalised treatment plan. Exceptions apply
to Pain Management and Massage Therapy.
Treatment Attire
For hands on treatments you may be asked to undress to your underwear. Clean towels are provided
to ensure comfort privacy and dignity.
Khi Tam Tools
Our therapists may use specialised Khi Tam treatment tools to access deeper muscle layers and
energy pathways.
Student Practitioners
We offer supervised student treatments at a reduced rate. By booking a student treatment you
consent to being treated by a student practitioner under the supervision of our teaching team.
Post Treatment Care
We recommend drinking water with lime following your session to support the body’s natural
recovery processes.
Right to Stop Treatment
Your therapist will explain the treatment method and tools before beginning the session. You have
the right to ask questions or request that the treatment stop at any time if you feel uncomfortable.
Medical and Health Disclaimer (Important)
Not Medical Advice
We do not provide medical diagnoses treatment or prescriptions. All content and services are
intended for educational and wellness purposes only.
Complementary Therapies
Our practices including Yoga Meditation and Massage are complementary wellness approaches and
are not a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult a qualified medical professional
before beginning any new health programme.
Individual Results
Health outcomes vary between individuals. Specific health improvements or cures cannot be
guaranteed.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete health information including injuries
pregnancy allergies or other relevant conditions before treatment.
Participation in physical activities is undertaken at your own risk.
Right to Refuse Service and Professional Conduct
We maintain a safe respectful and professional environment for all clients and staff.
We reserve the right to terminate a session without refund if a client is under the influence of drugs
or alcohol behaves inappropriately or if the therapist believes the treatment would be unsafe.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law KHI TAM TRADING LIMITED shall not be liable for any loss
injury or damage arising from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow aftercare advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the laws
of England and Wales.
Intellectual Property
All course materials website content logos and Khi Tam branded methodologies are the intellectual
property of KHI TAM TRADING LIMITED.
No content may be copied reproduced distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior
written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the
exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
